Being a private chef on hire is some of my favorite work I've done in my career, and I'm VERY proud of the work that I've been able to do over the short time this has been my job. As someone who is self taught and learned via me being an internet Millennial of the likes of Gordon Ramsey, Ina Garten, and Alison Roman, while I understand the chef life, I don't always align with the ins and outs of working in a kitchen. Instead, I think food should be beautiful yet approachable. Food should be something special, yet nourishing. It should be a compliment to whatever is going on in your life, and no matter the occasion, should enhance your event or whatever you're celebrating. Whether it's small bites for a company after hours, an intimate date night for you and your partner, a summer pool party, or adding sides to a holiday party you just don't have the time for, I can help! Because I'm not classically trained, I don't have a specific region or type of food I specialize in. Instead, I'd rather hear about you, what you're doing, and how I can compliment that.
